In the early morning, in bright spacious workshops, we get to work - we manually make soft natural nougat. So we strive to please you with a healthy snack and turn a seemingly ordinary day into an exciting journey around the world. Our founder, a nutritionist from Kyrgyzstan, traveled to Italy, and he especially loved the national dessert - honey-nut nougat, the recipe of which we carefully modified. So at the junction of three dissimilar cultures - Asian, Mediterranean and Russian - a delicacy was born, which we are proud of. The light, sugar-free protein base of our nougat contains natural honey that reveals the ripeness of the nuts, creating a subtle aftertaste.
